Noonan Law is a full service law firm that represents our clients across a wide spectrum of issues throughout Broome, Tioga, Chenango and Chemung Counties.

Brett S. Noonan, Esq.

Family ties are thought to be the most private and enduring relationships in society. As most can attest, however, these relationships are rarely free from conflict. When domestic issues cannot be solved within the home, Brett Noonan seeks to restore order and provide a fair resolution for all parties involved. Although Brett Noonan spearheads the Family and Matrimonial practice at Noonan Law, he can support you in many other cases, as well.

After being awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University, Brett gained much appreciation for public service by acting as Deputy Counsel to the late Senator Thomas Libous. In that same spirit, he served as the STOP-DWI Coordinator in Broome County and continues to support the area near and dear to his heart. Brett has a wife and three children. Brett also volunteers in his community and is an active firefighter with the Vestal Fire Department and a rescue and recovery diver with the Broome County Technical Rescue Team.
